Panther Training Camp
Come Train with the Pitt Panthers! This camp is designed for the serious wrestler who wants to better their wrestling and stretch their personal limits. The workouts include technique, structured drilling, live wrestling, strength training and conditioning while Pitt wrestlers go through the workouts with you! The strength and conditioning will be some of the same workouts that the Pitt Panthers do in their training. The workouts will include circuit training, hill sprints, stair sprints, running, and more. The wrestling workouts will be structured very similarly to a Pitt practice. This camp will be physically and mentally demanding and there will be high expectations for the campers to put forth their best effort.
Recommended for wrestlers grades 7-12.
Typical Day:
6:30 – 7:30am Strength and Conditioning
7:30 – 8:30am Breakfast
9 – 11am Technique
11 – 1pm Lunch
2 – 4 pm Drilling/Live Wrestling/Conditioning
4:30 – 6pm Dinner
7 – 8:30pm Technique/Drilling/Live Wrestling
